The 50 Shades of Impact Workout
I am sure you know by now that exercise can really help you out in the love department, but we decided to take it one step further. We wanted to give you a workout that could help boost your love life by dropping un-wanted fat, increasing “work capacity” and making you one sexy looking beast.
Don’t worry this workout is for both male and female! No gender discrimination here. We wanted to pull back the “Shades” of sex in our society by making it okay to want to feel confident in your own skin and look better naked! In fact, most people truly join fitness programs in order to look better for the opposite sex. Whether you are looking to spice up your love life or attract a more desirable human, I am sure that doing this workout will truly help you get one step closer to accomplishing your goals.
What could this workout possibly consist of? You bet we were going 50 Shades of Grey style whipping out the Ropes (Battling Ropes), Straps (TRX Straps) and of course the all mighty Kettle Bells! The object is for you to get your heart racing while revealing your inner strength and resilience to finish the job. Once you enter the room there is no escaping! This high intensity workout will make you feel powerful and fulfill your appetite for a mid-day rush of adrenaline.
Kettle Bell Swings:
This hip dominant exercise is used to develop power while training for cardio. The object is to hinge down letting the KB pass through your legs & rapidly forcing your hips forward to accelerate the KB to chest height. If done correctly you will feel this exercise mostly in the Glutes and Hamstrings making this an awesome posterior chain exercise.
The TRX Suspension trainer is a great tool for any training level. It uses your own bodyweight and gravity to apply external resistance to the body. To Perform the Pike, you would place your feet in the TRX in the prone position and hold a High Plank (Push Up Position). Once in position you would take your butt high in the air bringing your feet towards your midsection. Slowly lower your butt back down to neutral position and repeat the movement. This is a great anti extension core exercise.
Yes whips! The object during this exercise is to use your entire body to create small repetitive waves in the ropes. The key is to use the wrist to snap the ropes. You want to avoid using too much movement as the object is to get the ropes moving as fast as possible!
This exercise is simply a Burpee without the Push Up or Jump. You never know when you’re going to be called on to jump up from all fours, so this exercise can prepare you for anything thrown your way. Build Carido & Stamina while developing a strong core and upper body.
Atomic Push Ups
This combination movement is an awesome core and upper body exercise. Once again using the TRX Straps your feet will be in the harness leaving your body suspended from straps! In the prone position you will bring your knees toward your chest. Once you reach your chest slowly bring your feet back to the starting position and follow that movement with a push up. These two exercises should flow together making this one hell of a full body thrust…
T’s & Y’s
Just like in the film your hands will be in the straps. Pull your body forward while making a T with your arms and then once again pull forward but this time reach up with your arms creating a Y position. This is a great horizontal pulling exercise designed to target your upper back muscles. These are the muscles that make anyone look awesome from behind.

Do each exercise in order until reaching the last exercise of the circuit. Once finished rest for a 1:1 Ratio and repeat for 3 to 5 rounds…
